01 Quotes and Bookings

Quotes are estimates based on the trip details you provide and remain valid for the period stated in the quote. A booking is confirmed only when we send a written confirmation and any required deposit has been received.

Changes to route, timing, passenger count or vehicle type may change the price and are subject to availability.

02 Payment

A deposit may be required to hold a vehicle, with the balance due before or on the day of service unless agreed otherwise in writing.

Additional charges may apply for extra hours, extra mileage, tolls, parking, permits, airport fees, wait time or excessive cleaning.

03 Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation terms are shown on your booking confirmation. Cancellations made close to the travel date may be partially or fully non-refundable because the vehicle and driver are reserved for you.

If we must cancel for reasons within our control, you will receive a full refund of amounts paid for the cancelled service.

04 Passenger Conduct

Passengers must follow the driver’s safety instructions, remain seated while the vehicle is moving where seating is provided, and use seat belts where fitted.

Smoking, illegal substances and unsafe behavior are prohibited. Alcohol is permitted only where lawful, with all passengers of legal drinking age, and only when agreed in advance. We may end a trip without refund if conduct endangers passengers, the driver or the vehicle.

05 Damage and Lost Items

The booking client is responsible for damage caused by passengers, including cleaning fees for spills or other soiling. We are not responsible for personal items left in a vehicle, though we will make reasonable efforts to return them.

06 Delays and Circumstances Beyond Our Control

We plan routes to arrive on time, but we are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, road closures, mechanical failure, government action or other events beyond our reasonable control. Where a vehicle becomes unavailable, we will make reasonable efforts to provide a comparable replacement.

07 Insurance and Licensing

Dedicated Rides operates as a licensed and insured motor carrier and maintains commercial insurance for the vehicles it operates. Certificates of insurance can be provided on request for corporate and venue requirements.

08 Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from a booking is limited to the amount paid for that booking. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

09 Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The terms in effect on the date of your booking confirmation apply to that booking.
